Copper Crepe Pan

Date/Circa: 1950Origin: France Catalog No: A0708
Diameter: 15"

A mid-century French copper crepe pan, ready for cooking into the next century.

Stainless lining.  Early stainless linings were quite thick and durable. However, when compared to the even flow of heat, no stainless-lined pan will equal the performance of a tinned-lined pan.

In very good condition!  Note the chef’s initials on the handle.

We love antique copper pans and use them exclusively in our home. Copper conducts heat quickly and evenly with no hot spots on the bottom of the pan, allowing for greater control because the pans heat up faster, then cool down faster when taken from the heat.

Copper pots are the prize of a chef’s kitchen.
