Three copper pans, all beautifully hammered and of a nice heavy weight.  Purchased from the same family, the 3 all display the mark of the retailer of fine copper, Bazaar Francais, New York.

The sizes are convenient cooking size: 7.25″ by 4″ high, 6.5″ by 4″ high and 5.5″ by 3″ high.

In very good condition and re-tinned, providing good cooking into the next century!

We love antique copper pans and use them exclusively in our home. Copper conducts heat quickly and evenly with no hot spots on the bottom of the pan, allowing for greater control because the pans heat up faster, then cool down faster when taken from the heat.

Copper pots are the prize of a chef’s kitchen.
