Queen Anne Dresser Base

A variant of our standard Queen Anne dresser base, this server was crafted for a client whose historic Connecticut home had two original, built-in corner cupboards in the dining room. For the project we provided this server based upon the 1780s original, using the same rare burr French walnut that was used in the original cupboards.
Walnut cross-banding adorns the top and drawer front. Detailed carving on the knees and beading trim on the skirt and drawer fronts made this a truly special piece we were honored to craft.
