A rare Regency tilt top Breakfast table of rare wild burr walnut.

Fine work with rare timbers and intricate work with inlays is what you would expect of Regency period furniture. This table exhibits that skill and the materials, unavailable in the marketplace today.  It is of solids and wild, hand-cut burr walnut veneer.

The table would have been crafted by a top cabinet maker of the day.  His skill is demonstrated in his lined brass border, carefully inlaid in the walnut, mirroring the oval shape of the table. The inlay today remains fully intact and flat, demonstrating a skill that is rare today.
